This new residential development is located in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  The development included ten new four-story buildings, which were built on a vacant lot at the corner of Throop Avenue and Wallabout Street. Sharon Engineering designed the foundation, super structure for all buildings, and full MEP and Fire Protection systems.
