This is a new ten-story luxury rental building in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Sharon Engineering provided all the necessary engineering services, including SOE, Structural, MEP, and Fire Protection systems. The structure was constructed using poured-in-place concrete, and steel framing was utilized at the top floor for cost savings.
